Is it possible to use the internet on a smart phone without a data plan, if the phone has WiFi capabilities?
I was reading about the Nokia E71X smartphone on CNET.com – and several folks mentioned using the WiFi feature without dataplans?
i just asked the same question and i think it varies by the models of the phone or the sevrice plan… but im preety sure that if its enabled with WI-FI it should be able to connect to hte internet for free.
