apps and games for iphone?
ok, so my mom got me an iphone
and i want apps like my friend does
cus i borrowed hers and she had cool games on there
anyway
i tried to download free ones from itunes but i can’t cus i don’t have an apple account
and my mom won’t let me use her credit card to make one..
even though it’s not gonna charge her till i buy something that’s not free.
any other way i could get games?
please be specific because im new to all this.
oh and she didn’t get me a sim card.
she’s getting me it in like a week.
soo i can’t register using the iphone because it asks for the iphone number.
The iPhone shouldn’t do ANYthing without a SIM card. Did she buy it hacked/jailbroken or something? If that’s the case, then yeah. You can illegally install apps, but the steps would depend on how the phone was hacked.
Otherwise, you’ll have to have a credit card to open an iTunes account to download even the free apps. Tell your Mom that she can open the account but protect it so you cannot spend any money. They also have an allowance feature that your mom can just give you a few bucks credit here and there if you can talk her into it.
