8Gb or 16Gb iPhone 3gs?

I’m getting an iPhone 3gs and I don’t know if I need the 16Gb one to fill my needs. The thing is that I can either get a black 8Gb one, a 16Gb one, or wait a few weeks while I order a 16Gb black one. I know cosmetics don’t really matter but I want the black one, so it comes down to do I get an 8Gb now and risk running out of space, or wait a few weeks to a month to get a 16Gb which I doubt I’d fill.

I don’t have an iPod so I will be using this as a phone, camera, and music player, plus I’ll have a few apps on there. I’d say I prolly have about 1-2Gbs of music to put on it, so will 6Gbs be enough to store a decent amount of pictures, apps, videos, and contacts? So far I’ve seen about 5 apps I want. I’ll prolly have no more than 40 pictures on it at any given time and will probably only have a few funny videos on it to show my friends and stuff.

So what do you guys think? 8Gb now or wait a month for the 16Gb?

The 3GS doesn’t come in 8GB… that’s the 3G. The 3GS comes in 16GB and 32GB.
