Iphone Apps Will Not Open 3.0

Cydia & Icy does not have any compatible apps for iPhone OS 3.0…?
Earlier today I jailbroke my 2nd generation iPod Touch which is running iPhone OS 3.0. I opened the two applications that redsn0w installed, Cydia and Icy, and whenever I try to download something it gives me an error message. I’m pretty sure this is because the software is not compatible with iPhone OS 3.0. Am I right? Will this be fixed anytime soon? Is there a way around it?
restore and rehack but only check cydia for download. once you do your updates on cydia just run redsnow again and add check ice to download.
