How do I develop an iPhone app?
Let me make myself perfectly clear: I have absolutely ZERO knowledge about how to do this. I don’t know anything about any language to do this, how code works, nothing. I am looking for the best way to get started from the very beginning, the very basic about how to understand what this stuff is and how it works. I am pretty proficient with computers and other applications, but a total novice about this.
For software i have Xcode, but only what comes on the second disc of the Leopard install disc. Is it necessary to pay the $99 to join the ADC program from Apple? That is a lot of money for me right now, but I would be wiling to spend it if I understood how to use the software and could actually create apps (and make money with them).
The best answer will have the info about this and/or the right place to find it.
