I have a problem with my LG phone.?
The phone is a basic camera phone. It’s going on 2 years old. Last night it froze. I took out the battery and put it back in and the wallpaper changed. Then I looked through all my save pictures and they were all messed up. Today I took out the smart chip and put it back in and now I’m getting a “decoding error” message when I look at my pictures. Does anyone know if I can save the pictures or are they ruined? When I get a new phone will I be able to transfer all my information to the new phone?
I plan on asking the people that sold me my phone when I buy another phone. I’m just curious in the mean time. And a lot of the time the salespeople don’t have all the answers.
Get Shut of it asap, I had an lg chocolate and it froze, the battery ran hot and it was generally unreliable… i managed to save the pictures. if your going for a new phone i recoments the sony ericson w 800i or similar… you can get a good deal at carphone warhouse with memory chip ect for under 90 quid… also make sure the lg chip is back in the right way and try bluetooth or txting the photo’s to another phone or sending to a computer untill you get a new phone.
