Iphone Apps Not Syncing With Itunes

If I tick the option to manage music manually on iTunes for iPhone, will it erase all my apps?
When I try to tick this options it says everything will be erased because my iPhone can’t be in sync with two iTunes library, but I’m not trying to sync…
There’s no problem on losing songs or videos, I just want to keep my apps.
Also, is there anyway to backup everything? (I don’t have access to the first iTunes that I connected my iPhone).

Manually managing music just allows you to manually tick what songs you want to be synced, instead of syncing selected Playlists and all music.
It’s saying that, though, because it was originally synced with a separate iTunes. If, however, it is the same computer you are using to sync the iPhone, press “Store > Authorize This Computer…”. It should then allow the sync to proceed without wiping everything. Also, if it is the same computer, it doesn’t matter if it wipes everything, provided the original fies are still on the computer.
If it’s not the same computer, I cannot help, sorry.
And yes, you can back up everything except media (You can backup Camera Roll, Texts, Contacts, Notes, Calender items, Preferences, etc) by right clicking on the iPhone and pressing “Back Up”
